Photo Essay: A weekend in Water Valley

Jenica, Gunnar and I spent last weekend in Water Valley, at MCA's Camp Valaqua where I was the guest speaker. Despite the fact that I had 50+ short essays to mark over the course of the weekend, Jenica encouraged me to find time to come for a walk with her and Gunnar. She took this picture of me pulling Gunnar in his sled. It gets a lot bigger when you click on it.

    Some people just don't know when enough is too much. No wonder the guy pulling the sleigh has lost his head.

    I wish I had a beaver toque like that when I was a kid. Or heck, even right now.
